Located in the foyer of the school’s gymnasium, our Before & After School Care Program (BASCP) is an indoor/outdoor program that offers a wide range of activities and experiences for children attending Before & After School Care. Example activities and experiences include art & craft, physical activities, a reading area, board games, puzzles and lego.

ENROLMENT & BOOKINGS

To enrol your child / children in the program, you must complete an enrolment form online through My Family Lounge. You can find you can access the My Family Lounge on the right hand side of this page.

Bookings are also done through My Family Lounge. Bookings are done termly and there will be limited opportunities for emergency care. In the second last week of each term parents/cares will be given the opportunity to alter bookings subject to the availability of spaces. Bookings will need to be confirmed in writing before the term commences.

FEES

Full fees are:

• Before School Care $12.00
• After School Care $15.00

Fees are charged per session or any part thereof. If you are eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) fees may be less. To see if you are eligible, or to apply, for CCS visit www.servicesaustralia.gov.au.

There is a strict late fee of $1 per minute per child for any child collected after 6pm.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Before School Care 7:15am – 8:45am

After School Care 3:30pm – 6:00pm

Breakfast is provided in Before School Care. PLEASE NOTE BREAKFAST FINISHES AT 8:30AM.

A snack is provided to children attending After School Care

NON ATTENDANCE

Parents/Carers must notify the service by 7am for Before School Care and 3pm for After School Care of children non attending. 

SIGNING IN / OUT

Parents/Carers of children attending the program must sign children in when they arrive at Before School Care and sign children out when collection from After School Care.

MEDICATION

Medication CANNOT be administered to children unless a Medication Form has been completed. This form can be downloaded from the forms section of our site.
